Our Story
The Marbling Corp was built around intimate Japanese Wagyu tastings designed for small groups.
Hosted privately at Vantis in CBD Makati, each session is paced as a proper experience — exploring different cuts, preparations, textures, and finishes through a curated multi-course format.
Rather than operating as a traditional restaurant or online meat store, Marbling was designed as a controlled hospitality experience where atmosphere, conversation, and product quality work together.
The tastings introduce guests to Japanese Wagyu the way chefs and collectors experience it themselves: thoughtfully prepared, limited in seating, and intentionally personal.
